Global Sales Director

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Global Sales Director.
 
As a Global Sales Director, you will report directly to our CSO and the Board.
 
Your primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain and evolve the processes and systems required to enable an efficient and effective worldwide sales organization in an exciting high growth business environment.
 

Job description


Global Sales Director
  • Grows the Company bookings and revenue in accord with the company long term strategy and plans.
  • Develops the Global sales strategies, drives sales strategies through the global sales network, implements global sales plans, increases TESCAN market share globally.
  • Maintains quarterly and annual forecasts and sets quarterly and annual Sales Revenue targets. Provides monthly reporting.
  • Is responsible for pricing policy.
  • Manages a team of Area Sales Managers and Direct Sales Managers. Supervises the Global Sales Team. Collaborates closely with Product Marketing teams to drive new products and platforms into the market.
  • Develops and fosters strong customer relationships at senior levels. Maintains direct relationships with key accounts at highest levels.

Duties and responsibilities


Who are you
  • Must have prior 5+ years proven international work experience in leading a complex, capital equipment sales, in the EM Industry or similar industry.
  • Have experience with long-term project sales.
  • Speak very good English—C1 level or higher.
  • Customer-oriented personality with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational company with demonstrated ability to lead effectively and drive results in a matrixed management operating environment.
  •  Willingness to stay up to 30% of your working time in the Czech Republic in Brno and travel 50% of your working time abroad.
