Job description


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Research and develop potential target customer contact lists
  • Determine local marketing strategies and goals for each product group based on customer needs
  • Organize local events, including product workshops, local society and trade shows, user meetings and customer presentations
  • Provide detailed quotations to end users
  • Schedule and log all activity into a CRM database
  • Furnish territory and sales reports, future business forecast
  • Manage customer relationship, collaborate with other company groups (Service, Applications, Marketing, Accounting) to achieve high level of customer satisfaction
  • Interact with company management, sharing business, territory and product development ideas
  • Command healthy collaborative relationship with third party suppliers to enhance system sales

Duties and responsibilities


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills including formal presentation skills in front of small and large groups
  • Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation with emphasis on closing the sale
  • Experience with managing large territories and state-of-the-art product offerings
  • Capacity to keep abreast of new technology trends and how they apply to real world projects
  • Must possess a high degree of information gathering and listening skills, diplomacy, judgment, and the ability to deal with and influence persons in all types of positions
  • Highly motivated, ability to manage multiple tasks and strong work ethic
  • Frequent travel required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a scientific degree or proven sales experience.
