Service IT Business Consultant/Analyst

You as the Service IT Business Consultant (SBC) will be an important member of the global Customer Support Group.
In the startup phase, you will be the project leader for the implementation of a global Service Management System (SMS). You will be responsible for roll-out of global service processes & policies and measurement of operational performance indicators (KPI’s). 
You will report directly to the Head of global Customer Support.

 

Job description


Initial phase - 1st year:
Your focus will be on:
  • Be a  project leader for the Service Management System (SMS) implementation;
  • Assure alignment of key-stakeholders (e.g. Field service organizations, Central service, IT, Finance, Sales, Logistics) and translate that in SMS specifications.
  • Drive consultancy firm to deliver the SW functionality of SMS.
  • Own roll-out of the basic functionality to the worldwide organization.
  • Drive the integration with CRM and ERP system
In general:
After the initial phase, you will manage the continuous evolution of the Service Management System (SMS)and service business processes with minimal need for external consultancies.
Your focus will be on:
  • Be a business partner for Field Service and Central service for Service IT programs and business process development.
  • Defines user-friendly SW reporting (at Excel level) and tooling which Service Management themselves can use to optimize efficiency and profitability while remaining focused on the customer’s needs.
  • Together with the key stakeholders in both field- and central service develops KPI reporting and SW tooling that drive continuous operational improvement. Assure that local ways of working (when dictated by customers or markets) are adhered to.
  • Analyzes performance and drives recommendation for improvements.
  • Drives data accuracy. Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems and comprehend the cause.
 
 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Bachelor (BSc-) or master’s degree (MSc-) level education in Business Administration with strong IT affinity
  • Excellent software-skills and affinity with MS Office (high level knowledge of Excel required)
  • Analytical / systematic mind with excellent data collection and analysis
  • Practical approach coupled with project management and planning skills
  • Good communicative skills and self-driven
  • Strong Czech and English language skills (verbal and in writing)
